Pickup and delivery Information

Before placing your order, we encourage you to contact us with your requirements (delivery address, date, time). This will enable us to understand your needs and advise the delivery options available to you. Please reach out to us by phone 0456 308 693 or by message (SMS, email, Instagram or Facebook).

Local Pickup: Pickup is available from our South East Melbourne site (Berwick Springs Estate). Following the order confirmation, we will inform you with pickup details (address, day and time).

Delivery options: Metropolitan Melbourne covers an area of 9990 km2 and we are a small business, so you will appreciate the fact that we need to personally discuss your delivery requirements and consider delivery options. We have two free delivery options (T&Cs apply) and a paid delivery service to Metropolitan Melbourne addresses.

Free delivery zones, according to the map below:

• Delivery 1: $0.00 (Map below Zone 1 addresses & delivery during our weekly delivery round)
• Delivery 2: $0.00 (Zone 1 or Zone 2 addresses & order over $80) *

* Delivery Special for Zones 1 & 2: Includes three weekly delivery rounds and just the standard minimum order of $25

If neither Delivery 1 nor Delivery 2 works for you, nor Local pickup, please contact us. Depending on your location, the delivery fee will range between $5 and $20.

• Delivery 3-A: $5.00
• Delivery 3-B: $10.00
• Delivery 3-C: $15.00
• Delivery 3-D: $20.00
